  • I have a Question, can I call the office for additional information?
    We are happy to answer your questions, and provide additional information regarding our services. You may also send a text to the same number (678) 948-8130.
  • Do you take walk-in clients?
    In order to provide the best experience for each client we always prepare in advance. For this reason, we do not take walk-ins.
  • Can I make an appointment on the same day?
    All appointments must be made two (2) days in advance, via our booking system.
  • Can I pay on the day of my massage?
    Payments are not accepted in the office. All payments are processed through the website at the time of booking.
  • Do you take insurance?
    Unfortunately, at this time we do not take insurance.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We offer discounted rates through our Subscription Packages.
  • If I arrive late, will I still receive my full session?"
    Due to the nature of our scheduling, if you arrive late, no additional time will be added to your session. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, as per our booking policy, you will incur the following: Cancellations / Rescheduling ​ 1. All Cancellations must be called into the office to (678) 948-8130. No texts or emails. 2. No refunds within 1 week of your appointment. Refunds incur a $25.00 Processing Fee. 3. Appointment changes - only within 24 hours of your appointment time - after 24 hours there is a $40.00 fee and you can transfer the remaining balance to your next session. ​ ​Late Arrivals ​ Arriving late for your appointment results in time-loss from your massage session which will end at the scheduled time. 1. Full service fee will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. 2. If we are late for "your" appointment, we will compensate accordingly.
  • Can I add additional time to my session?
    Additional time may be added, if requested "before" your session begins, and provided there is ample time on the calendar.
  • Can I book an appointment over the phone?
    We enjoy speaking to all of our clients; however, all appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.
  • If I miss my appointment, will I receive a refund?"

  • Do you provide couples massages?
    We do not provide couples, or group massages at this time.
  • Do you offer "Chair Massage" as an option to Table Massage?
    Yes, we are Professionally trained and skilled in "Chair Massage". You may booke online.
  • I have a Gift Card - How do I schedule my appointment?
    Please contact the office ;(678) 948-8130, with your preferred day/time, and we will schedule the appointment for you.
